Carbon Fiber Tube

Zedtex can offer custom carbon fiber tubing from 10mm to 800mm diameter with any wall thickness.

Custom constructions allow fiber angles from 0° to 90° with wall thicknesses of 2mm and above in standard, intermediate and high modulus carbon.

Besides round profiles, we can also offer rectangle, tapered and foil or elliptical shaped.

We can also offer large diameter and long length tubes up to 10m in one piece and 200mm ID. Plus we can fit joining sleeves to increase the length and span of the tubing application.

Accuracy on inside diameter (ID) is typically to ±0.15mm, while the outside diameter is to ±0.3mm. Or greater OD tolerance is possible with machining.
