Zedtex offers a diverse range of structural core materials including Honeycombs and all the popular Structural Foam Cores. These materials are ideal for sandwich constructions, providing increased stiffness while significantly reducing the overall weight of composite structures.
We also specialize in thermoformable foam cores, engineered from recycled raw materials or high-performance cores designed to meet stringent heat resistance and mechanical requirements.
Structural core materials are available in sheet form, or we can also cut and machine the foam to shape against customer part drawings.
